Wet hair thoroughly, apply a sufficient amount to hands (like shampoo) and distribute, massaging into scalp. Rinse thoroughly with water. This wash is recommended once a week or as needed. Can be alternated with Low Poo Shampoo from K89 when you notice product buildup.
