Thoroughly wet your hair, then generously distribute the product into your palms and apply directly to the scalp. Gently but vigorously massage to cleanse the scalp and dissolve any dirt and product buildup. Add a little more product and distribute it along the entire length. Gently distribute with your fingers, a hairbrush, or a wide-tooth comb. If your hair is particularly dry, use a hair mask.
