First, apply a curl cream or leave-in conditioner to your hair, e.g., Bali Curls Hydrating Curl Cream. Gently comb through your curls and apply gel to very damp hair. Use as much gel as your hair needs. To define your curls, rub the gel into your hair from bottom to top to enhance individual strands. Then let your curls air dry naturally or dry them with a diffuser. Once your hair is completely dry, you can scrunch out the gel with hair oil and seal the curls. My tip: style your hair while it's wet, this will reduce frizz and give your hair more definition. In addition, moisture is retained in the hair longer this way.
