For all hair types, just pay attention to the amount used. If your hair is thin, use less gel, if it is thick and dry, you can use more styling gel.

Dispense the gel between your hands and apply it to damp hair, pressing your palms together as if straightening the hair from roots to ends. Slowly flip your head upside down and gently scrunch your curls to reveal their shape and pattern. Let it air dry or diffuse. When drying, be sure to slowly tilt your head in all directions to increase volume. Do not touch your curls while drying. Once completely dry, scrunch your curls again to remove the cast, then your curls will feel softer.
